^钻井液振动筛：Shale shaker
钻井液振动筛的工作原理(lǐ):振动電(diàn)机产生的激振力带动筛床做直線(xiàn)，圆形，椭圆形或平动椭圆运动。而筛网将起到过滤筛分(fēn)的作用(yòng)，将大颗粒钻屑等固體(tǐ)筛分(fēn)出来，带有(yǒu)细小(xiǎo)颗粒经过处理(lǐ)的干净泥浆将落到振动筛仓等待下一级处理(lǐ)。分(fēn)离出去的大的固體(tǐ)颗粒 （通常為(wèi)74微米以上）在激振力下被输送到筛床外，排到罐外。
